Charming, spacious home in close proximity (<1km) to downtown St John’s. It’s about a 10 minute walk from downtown or a 2-minute drive. It felt like a very authentic experience. The staff were communicative and friendly.
The weather was mild enough during our stay but I think in the summer it would be important to add air conditioning.

The house is charming and comfortable. The host provided tea and coffee which was appreciated. The street parking was easy, and we were within walking distance of downtown.
The house was very hot when we arrived, but we were able to cool it down with the large fans provided.
