Good location, clean facilities host is a great communicator well furnished home.

The house is charming and comfortable. The host provided tea and coffee which was appreciated. The street parking was easy, and we were within walking distance of downtown.
The house was very hot when we arrived, but we were able to cool it down with the large fans provided.
