Please Note:

Accessibility: There are five steps up to the front door. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all on the main floor, with no bathroom on that level. All three bedrooms and the full bathroom are on the second floor, so reaching them means taking the stairs. There is one step out to the backyard.

To help ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a fully refundable damage-deposit hold of $250 may be placed on your card shortly after arrival. This is only a pre-authorization (not a charge), and it’s automatically released within 5 business days of checkout, as long as everything is left in good shape, which is almost always the case. In the rare situation where something is damaged, only the actual cost of the damage would be deducted from the hold, and nothing more.

For cancellations, please be aware that once a cancellation request has been made, a 4% processing fee incurred during the booking of your stay will be deducted from the refund issued.

We keep this home fragrance-free where possible, and stock unscented, sensitive-skin products throughout for guest use, including laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and hand soap. Please use what we`ve supplied rather than bringing your own where you can. We`d also ask that you avoid using strongly scented products in the home, including plug-ins, incense, sprays and candles, as scent lingers in soft furnishings long after checkout and affects guests who arrive after you.

Host Rules:

- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and cannabis. However, feel free to step outside and smoke on the deck/patio. Smoking inside the property will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.

- Pets are not allowed. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in an additional charge of 500$ and immediate eviction from the property.

- In accordance with city guidelines, quiet hours are from 11 PM - 7 AM.

- Parties, loud music, and events are not permitted on the property.

- Please treat all amenities and facilities with care. Report any damages or issues immediately.

- No additional guests are permitted without prior approval. Please reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate guests.

-Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not registered.

- Failure to adhere to these rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund.

- Please do not wear shoes inside the property.

- The host and/or owner are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage to property or guests that may occur during your stay.

- The guest making the reservation accepts full responsibility for the safety, actions, and liability for their party.

- No third-party bookings unless a `designated trip planner`.

- Guests are responsible for placing garbage and recycling at the curb on scheduled collection days. Please only use standard size garbage bags, tied closed, and do not put loose garbage or small grocery bags in the bin.

- Stays of 28 nights or longer require a deep clean at the end of the stay, billed at $350. The cleaning fee already included in your booking is credited toward this amount, and the remaining balance is collected before check-in.
