Excellent location. Easy access. Good elevator to the room. Host Adam was responsive, even though failed to followup on the heat situation reported.
The apartment was advertised as Air-conditioned 2-bed, 2-bath. However there was only a small portable airconditioner in one of the bedrooms, the other bedroom had only a fan, unlike advertised. The host Adam, even though promised to look into the matter failed to follow through

Fast and efficient check in host was responsive. It’s based in the centre of London so it’s easy to travel from and shop
Everything was perfect! Just needs small touch up on curtains

1) The Host was very responsive and very helpful.
2) The Host improvised airconditioner unit in each of the rooms which was a great relief in the London summer heat.
3) The apartment is in a very great location and very accessible to most parts of London, shops, eatries, etc
4) NETFLIX and Youtube access on the TV
1) There was a persistent strong odour from the master bedroom washroom. We had to buy air fresher to keep dousing the odour every other hour. The Host needs to investigate this and get a solution.
2) The Fridge in the kitchen had a pool of water in the last compartment of the freezer and requires occasional evacuation.
