A beautiful shiny new hotel with well thought through design and such aesthetic decor. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The roof top bar was a definite plus, with fab views, it just made the weekend for me and my friend who had a long overdue catch up. So close to the station, an easy weekend away.

Everything about this place is FANTASTIC - the location, the staff, the rooms, etc. I wish that all the places I've stayed in as I've traveled around England were as nice as this place! Definitely worth a stay if you're going to Gloucester.

Great stay, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, AC, had everything we needed, liked the design of the rooms and hotel. Only note would be that the pillows weren’t great - too soft and uneven.
