Nice flat

Very spacious, clean and well maintained property. The courtyard was a lovely spot to spend the evening and the bbq was good. Its a mile or so to the old town and playa de postiguet but can be walked in twenty mins plus there is excellent public transport with a stop just outside

Not really a criticism but note there is no air con, though 3 large fans in 30 degree heat kept us cool enough overnight. It was unseasonably warm for September though, but just something to bear in mind.

Bites

The property was reasonably located and the communication with the host was polite.

During my stay I developed multiple insect bites and later found a small reddish-brown insect on the bedding. I photographed the insect and reported the issue to the property. The host responded and said the photos would be passed to a pest-control expert for assessment. Because I was concerned about potentially bringing insects home, I had to take precautions with my belongings and dispose of some items. I cannot confirm independently what the insect was, but the experience caused me significant stress and additional expense. I believe guests should be aware of my experience when considering this property.
