Good location, but tiny.

Apartment has all the necessary things crammed into the tiny space. Location is excellent.

Very small apartment, and I got unlucky and was given the bottom floor where it smelled a bit mouldy. Would not book again as I have found better places in Tokyo.

Not really a hotel experience. Essentially a very small airbnb with no staff or elevator

The room it self offers everything you could ask for despite the photos not being very close to the reality. Great location and communicative management.

There was no warning of the fact there is no elevator. Being that I had extremely heavy luggage this made my stay on third floor extremely stressful. It also meant that it was hard to maneuver the stairway without disturbing other guests. There is also no staff, front desk or anything that really defines this as a hotel besides your proximity to other guests. Room was fine but much smaller than shown in photos.

Nicht zu empfehlen …. Missstände werden nicht beseitigt, es gibt Maschinen und Produkte mit denen man Flecken und Gerüch

Die Lage war gut, Nähe Supermarkt und Bahnstation. Gut ausgestattete Mini Küche mit Wasserkocher, Herdplatte, kühl-Gefrierkombi, Geschirr und Mikrowelle. Putzzeug und Staubsauger und es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine. Spüle, Waschmittel. Seife und hochwertige Dusch und Haarpflege (Pantene und Nivea) war ebenfalls vorhanden. Man konnte das Fenster öffnen zum Lüften, Klimaanlage und Netflix

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, ich war mit meiner Tochter in Japan, sie hatte das Appartment unter mir. Sie hatte es ganz schlimm erwischt. Flecken auf Teppich (Erbrochenes) die hatte ich übrigens auch in meinem Zimmer, Flecken auf Matratze, die Toillette ging kaputt bzw. der Abfluss Schlauch, die ganze Kloake hatte sich auf dem Boden ausgebreitet…. Konnte angeblich nicht am selben Tag repariert und sauber gemacht werden. Wollten uns getrennt in Ausweichzimmer verfrachten, (eine Dreiviertel Stunde voneinander entfernt) oder in Unterkünfte die eine noch schlechtere Bewertung hatten bzw. in noch katastrophaleren Zustand waren, oder die Lage für uns nicht in Frage kam. Letzten Endes sind wir ausgeheckt und haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Dank Booking com habe ich mein gesamtes Geld zurück erstattet bekommen.

You have EVERYTHING around. Train station, konbini, pharmacy, super market open 24/7, restaurants, clothes stores nice places to walk. The room is small but it has almost everything you want and need. Este lugar lo tiene todo! Estación de tren cerca, konbinis, supermercado 24/7, tienda de ropa, de comida, farmacias.
