Breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable. The area is safe secure and quiet
This hotel is only a few months old , yet there was a large stain on the carpet by our desk. The TV would not allow me to change the settings to closed captions on some channels. We are both hard of hearing so could not watch PBS.

Nice and new BUT the “ Holiday Inn Signature Scent” told to me by your front desk put into the air made me very sick as a person allergic to scents. I’ve chosen Holiday Inn Express for years all over the country as they’re the least “fragrant” with chemicals so I was dismayed to be sick all night from a toxic substance pumped into our space. I was absolutely sick from it and have reported it to lawyers who have a class action case about this. I thought your hotels were my only safe place for breathing and now am saddened that this can happen with the newer hotels from IHG.
The new “signature scent”.
I’ll be reporting to the attorneys for the suit against many hotel chains making people sick from fragrances.
