Long before you step inside, you’ll notice people slowing down to admire the restored 1848 cottage set back, down a quiet drive on Main Street. With its cheerful curb appeal, colorful gardens, and unmistakable New England charm, it’s the kind of home that naturally draws attention—and cameras. Affectionately referred to as “the most photographed little cottage in all of Chatham.”

Upon entering you’ll discover that what’s behind the front door is every bit as special as the view from the street. The Cape Coddage, a home where historic Cape Cod charm and boutique comfort come together beautifully.

Traveling with a little one? We are delighted to offer a complimentary 5-in-1 Pack ’n Play, featuring a bassinet, bedside sleeper, diaper changing station, storage organizer, toy arch, music box, detachable side rail, and carrying case to help make your family’s stay as comfortable as possible.

To ensure it is freshly cleaned and in excellent condition for each guest, the Pack ’n Play is stored off-site. If you would like it available during your stay, simply let us know BEFORE your arrival, and we will have it set up and waiting for you at The Cape Coddage.

* The Pack ’n Play fits comfortably ONLY in the twin bedroom and rental cribs will not fit up the stairs
