Upon entry into this lovely mountain home you will walk into the warm and inviting open concept living room, complete with a place to put your shoes and coats, the gas fireplace, flat screen smart TV, dining and seating areas making you feel quite at home. You’ll also find the well thought out kitchen finished out with granite countertops, ample cupboard storage and counterspace for food prep, dishwasher, gas stove, a scenic placed window above the sink, and additional bar seating encouraging guests to converse while preparing meals or washing dishes. The back door leads to the covered back deck and Southside sunning deck where you can walk out and breathe in all the crisp mountain air and listen to nature sing it's beautiful songs from the surrounding Carson National Forest including coyote howls, elk bugles during the Autumn rut, Red River babbling below where the family can cast a line or two for our local rainbow and brown trout and aspen/evergreen trees quaking in the wind! Down the hallway off the kitchen you'll find the primary bedroom on the left-hand side, complete with a king-sized bed, and a smart flat screen TV. The washer/dryer is stowed away at the head of the hallway, and on the right-hand side, access to the full bath with shower/tub combo, vanity, and throne. Up the stairs you'll find the guest room complete with a Queen sized bed and a Double bed, small desk, access to the private 3/4 bathroom with a shower, and the private entrance to the balcony overlooking the river down below. Outside, you will find the well designed steps leading down to the river. The firepit has plenty of seating where family and friends can sit around and tell stories, roast marshmallows, and reminisce about the good ‘ol days or wet your hook in the greatness of the Red River while the little ones run a muck burning off that extra energy! There is an ample parking with the circular driveway, so plenty of space for the whole gang and some toys! You can just jump on your razor and head for the trails straight from the driveway! (Please be mindful of your neighbors and all local speed/traffic laws). This home is complete with Wi-Fi and Smart TV's in the Primary Bedroom, Loft, and Living Areas to access your favorite streaming apps so when you want to kick back and enjoy your evenings after a fun filled day then you have the amenities to do so...
