Clean linens and towels, lots of parking, room is newly painted. There’s TV, A/C, microwave.
Receptionist is very nice.

The motel is very old but the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. No amenities. Just bed bath ac microwave and mini fridge. But the manager is very nice and helpful.
