The Exchange is a cozy studio in a historic year 1900 building on Owosso’s charming Exchange Street, just two blocks from downtown. Enjoy original inlaid hardwood floors, warm gold, olive, and sage tones, a comfy sleeping area, kitchenette, and private bath. Perfect for a peaceful stay with easy walkability to shops, restaurants, the riverwalk, our local performing arts center, and arts council.
