Everything was fine, perfect space if you go to business trip. I had parking space which was useful. I didnt't use Wi-fi, worked with interruptions, but it didnt't bother me. easy access, nice small room, comfortable bed

Clean, warm and welcoming.
Only issue we had was sugar was wet through but that’s unavoidable if people have no consideration.

Parking, room, kitchen, other guests, contact via whatsapp from Mr Mamood were positive. Beverages were available and easily accessed. It was quiet & I slept well. When contacted Mr M responded within a reasonable time frame. He was unable to get the downstairs bathroom fixed.
Access to building unsafe. Wifi codes not recognised but QR code worked on phone. No use of TV. Downstairs toilet out of order. I have mobility problems so going upstairs was difficult and bathroom shared with all guests. Bed was 2 singles pushed together with a wooden slat down the middle, which was uncomfortable. Access was via a series of coded keysafes, with keys on extending wires to unlock and lock. The cogs were very difficult to turn, to access the key and re-lock. I have a keysafe at home & it needs regular spraying with WD40.
