Bel emplacement , tout est accessible a vélo , peignoir de bain fourni , vue dégagée

Le propriétaire nous a donné accès au condo en avance et nous a permis de conserver le garage plus longtemps
Bon rapport qualité prix
Nous n’avons pas eu de bip pour le stationnement ( le précédent locataire est parti avec ! ) Et aucun remplacement , pas pratique
Fenêtre et store de la chambre non fonctionnels
Donne sur une rue bruyante et l’insonorisation n’est pas bonne
Il faudrait mieux expliquer ou est la place dans le garage
