The Puig de Santa Magdalena mount rises dramatically from the plains, affording panoramic views of a large portion of the mountains, plains and coastline of Mallorca. At the top there is a hermitage and a restaurant.Without even needing to climb the hill, you can enjoy these breathtaking views from your own extensive terrace. The light breeze is a boon in the summer months.In the house, built on two levels, there are two splendid double bedrooms and a single room + 1, a fabulous large dining area/conservatory, living room with open beams and fireplace, complete kitchen and two very fine bathrooms.Outside there are extensive gardens with lush green lawns and mature trees, a beautiful salt-water pool, dry stone walls, shady corners. You are sure to find your own private spot in this piece of paradise.Enjoy the long days and evenings contemplating the magnificent scenery from your hillside and the nights in the comfort of a well-kept country cottage.The landmark Puig de Santa Magdalena is close to the major, centrally located town of Inca and 20 minutes from the coastal resorts of Alcudia and Playa de Muro, with their fine sandy beaches.
