Horrible, horrific, absolutely awful.

It was decorated beautifully.

There was no heat. The hot water lasted about 10 minutes. The cleaners were there when we arrived which we had paid extra for early arrival. They stayed 45 minutes. And left huge puddles of water on the floors. We spent 6 hours waiting for technicians for the heating issues. Missed our anniversary dinner reservation. Spent the entire night freezing because they didn’t get the heat working and the space heaters were not good. Then to add insult to injury, the morning we left the stairs which were pvc plastic, had no grip tape, no decent handrail, I slipped and fell all the way down the front steps. I had to go to the hospital and am still not fully recovered. It was a horrible stay overall and in the end the owner/host would not respond to my messages. I am thinking of contacting legal counsel at this point.
