Hard to locate with narrow entry and exit driveways and no parking on site

Great location for historic district. Ate at Lewis BBQ and 167 Raw, can highly recommend both. Parking was just around the corner but only a 2 min walk back to the apartment. Quiet location and quiet apartment. Comfy bed, great shower. Would stay there again if ever back in Charleston.

The directions to enter the apartment weren’t received and had to ring to get the instructions. Once we had them everything was easy. However the number to ring on the booking needs updating as the guy no longer works for the company!

We loved the location—just a short walk to King Street, yet the room was surprisingly quiet at night. Parking was easy and convenient, which made exploring Charleston stress-free. It’s a great base for visiting the city’s restaurants, shops, and attractions.

A few maintenance improvements would make this property much more comfortable. The carpets are quite worn and dirty and would benefit from a deep clean or replacement. The air conditioning also doesn’t cool the room effectively, so it felt stuffy throughout our stay. Opening the windows or door wasn’t really an option, as it quickly became hot and humid, and mosquitoes would come inside. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
