We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kyoto. The property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained, and everything felt modern and comfortable. The staff truly stood out throughout our visit — everyone was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely helpful with recommendations, directions, and any requests we had.
The location was also very convenient for exploring Kyoto’s main attractions, with easy access to temples, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night, which made it very relaxing after busy sightseeing days.
Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality options. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Kyoto.

This hotel is AMAZING!!!! By far the best hotel we had during our stay in Japan. The hotel was very clean. The staff are so sweet and polite. Everything you need is provided by the hotel. 100% recommend. I can't wait to return to this hotel.

FIVE STARS! This was by far the best hotel in all of our Japan trip. The staff was excellent and super nice! The room was super spacious and the bathroom was huge - we loved the shower. They also had some snacks and water available all the time as compliments and were refilled daily.
Location was also great, with Kyotos Gion District for dinning and largest Temples all within a short walk.

Best stay of our whole trip. Tons of room in the hotels and a beautifully displayed Kyoto style breakfast at a customized time each morning. Staff was always friendly and cordial. We will be looking forward to our next stay here when we are in the area again! 10/10 would highly recommend
