Small strange smell inside the apparement, but i am pretty sure it was because it was humid

Great location and access to trains. Good space and great for our toddler to stay too
The staff came and asked us to leave at 1020am when check out was at 11am. So felt a bit rushed on check out, but aside from that it was great.

Everything was perfect, one of the best places I’ve stayed at in Japan. New, clean, well maintained
Staff didn’t match the property level at all. When there are no issues everything is perfect but as soon as there is an issue it is very difficult to reach staff. Have contacted them several times through their messaging system but 4-5 times no response at all. Seems nobody feels really responsible, especially when there is a refund needed, invoices needed or repairs in the room. I love their properties and have stayed at other MINN properties and it seems that their staff at the other locations are a lot better.
