It’s not often that one encounters a rental facility of such extraordinary character as this one. My family found ourselves in need of a facility in Mesa accommodating a fairly large team of people (14) to act as a base of operations and area of recuperation for a separate organizational operation located nearby. This facility fit our requirements perfectly. The size easily accommodated our group, with plenty of sleeping options and hygienic stations. The dining area and kitchen were spacious, clean, and accessible. Our chef had no difficulty preparing multi-course meals after setting up his implements to his liking. The yards are whimsically appointed with beautiful landscaping and furniture to facilitate rest and recreation after a long day. Environmental controls were operational with options for both HVAC and overhead fans. The property managers were friendly, helpful, and offered us unusually accommodating exfiltration protocols. This is an ideal property if you are looking for large scale accommodations in the Mesa area with a relaxing environment. I would gladly stay here again given the opportunity.

Fantastic house with plenty of kitchen items for the number of guests we had staying. Wonderful backyard area… just a delightful place to stay!Basement game room was delightful place to hang out and had enough options to keep everybody busy at the same time.Great hosts - very good communication and very responsive. This is more expensive than other options we looked at, but it was well worth it and suited our needs perfectly!
