The place is beautiful, and on a gorgeous tree-lined street where we could walk to lots of good stuff, the trains, Loyola for our daughters graduation. The check-in process was the only hiccup. Having flown across the country, we headed straight for a graduation event. I know we were not going to be able to get to the place until after business hours, so I was worried I might lose communication with the host to get the check in code for the door. I called and was told that I could not get it till an hour before the reservation kicked in. This seems a little restrictive to me, given the host had our credit card number and we were not planning to check-in early. We are grown ups and respect the rules. I would have preferred that they gave us the information that morning so that I didn't have to stress about it and chase it down. Other than that - very nice place.
