Loved being right in the beach...waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was amazing The sunsets were amazing

Ocean view from all rooms

No A/C but with two fans and the patio door open all night it was comfortable

Quite pleasant as the weather was not too hot

The view was exceptional and the outdoor space very nice. Ground floor access to courtyard was a bonus

The toilet in our room didn’t flush properly and there was no air conditioning. Traffic noise a bit disturbing

Underwhelming due to misleading property description

The property was in a great location.

The room and hotel itself was a dive. The 2 main reasons we booked here was for the courtyard and the beach, neither of which were accessible from the property. The courtyard was in serious disrepair with a keep out sign and sand bags outside every room and the sea wall was collapsed. Inside the room had been recently renovated but the efforts were poor. There was a wooden panel just screwed into the ceiling over the shower and exposed wires in the main area. There wasn't much space to move about the room, which would've been fine except there was no courtyard access for our kids. The kitchen was tiny, more of just a 3 root enclave with a little stove and sink, and you weren't allowed to cook anything with a scent under threat of a $250 fine. The room also had cobwebs in all the ceiling corners.

❌ I stayed for 7 nights.I thought housekeeping would come in come in once to change sheets. ✅ Plenty amount of towels in the room. ❌ Check out is at 10am.No exceptions.

Good place to stay for a reasonable price.

Location was very good, bedroom and bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable.

Bathrooms were super small considering the space allocated to the bedroom. Nowhere to hang towels once used. No cream provided for coffee.

So nice to have a full kitchen. Great views over the ocean but not too far from the highway either. The king bed was huge and sooooo comfortable.

Superb

I stay here every year and love it, I was aware of the recent damage and was told my favorite room was closed due to damages. But my second night there we had NINE people stay in the "closed " room , which was right next to ours! Very loud! I watched them empty the Small ice machine several times into there coolers. I was disappointed this was allowed as max occupancy is stated at four
