The location was fantastic right on the beach

It could use some sprucing up.

Great location.

Proximity to beach, court yard, kitchenette.

Fridge had a lot of ice which was melting/dripping. Oven was missing dial so hard to know temperature and settings. Time to install some air conditioning! Fix up balconies so we get what we paid extra for and fix up retaining wall in courtyard to make a safer!! Also, the stairs make it difficult to access beach with small children and paddle boards. Something wider and not quite so steep.

the main light bulb was out, we had to go back to the front to exchange it, then that night, the fire alarm started in the room, at midnight 12am! there was no smoke or anything, the alarm explained if running out of battery, would start alarming. We tried to shut off, but it was inside of the machine, something we could not stop, we thought we stopped it, then went on again, we had to cover with the cushions not to hear the beeping sound, we were so tired, could not sleep well because of that. We complained to the staff in front, but she wasn't really looking into my husband eye and saying that they couldn't do anything, no discount or no offer. Also we realized that it was already paid through the site, but we were told to pay again (they reimbursed later but still ! ) we think staff wasn't really professionally trained.
