The Qualicum Beach Inn is a very nice small hotel on the coastline of Vancouver Island. It was the best hotel we stayed in during our stay. The rooms are large and modern and the bed was excellent. Good wi-fi. Friendly staff and a good restaurant for dinner and breakfast.
Parking in the hotel grounds might not be possible if the hotel is busy. You can probably park across the road beside the beach.

The oceanfront location, the oceanfront balcony, the pool, hot tub, the sauna, the restaurant, the gym, the clean rooms, the bar fridge options (didn't use any), the coffee, the beds, the helpful and kind staff
Expensive rooms that went up in price closer to the long weekend, could have larger bar fridges

Location to the ocean
Had a pet friendly room, we do not have a dog & the room smelled like wet dog.Last room available no choice but to stay complained to no avail.
