**Please note that the garage will not be available for guest use. Additionally, the front home on the property may be occupied at times during your stay. *



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire guest suite as well as free Wi-Fi, free street parking, and complimentary coffee for their first morning.



Other Things to Note:

PARKING: Street parking is available directly in front of the home, please do not block any driveways. (as a reminder, garage access is not available to guests). The driveway is reserved for the main home listing.

2. Review and electronically sign our Rental Agreement.

*Damage Waiver: A small non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage during your stay. This helps avoid unexpected costs from minor accidents.

*Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit hold that's released after checkout, provided no damage or policy violations are found.
