It's all about location with this charming Davis Shores home located on Anastasia Island 2 bed 2 bath cottage just a short walk over the iconic Bridge of Lions to everything historic, local shops, and some of St Augustine’s newest restaurants, without the inconvenience of finding parking. Walk or bike about 1.5 miles from this charming neighborhood to enjoy Historic Downtown, The Alligator Farm, Lightner Museum, Flagler College, Castillo de San Marcos, Saturday’s Farmers’ Market at the Amphitheater, or buy tickets ahead to big name concerts at the Amphitheater’s cozy venue. At night the Lighthouse sweeps across the sky but in the daytime you can climb to the top for a bird’s eye view of downtown and the beach. If you are aching to drop a hook, there are many fishing charters available at Conch House. At the beach pier, 3.5 miles way, there’s splash park for the kids, Wednesday’s Farmers’ Market, public parking, lots of delicious restaurants, and of course beautiful sandy beaches and even a little surf to catch. By car you can head north to Vilano Beach or south to Marineland. So much to do in this oldest city.

The downstairs has a queen-sized bed with a second full bathroom. All completely remodeled.
Complete kitchen including all stainless steel appliances range, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffeemaker, and fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes.
Washer and dryer for your use, so pack light.

Property is excellent, especially considering it is pet friendly. So conveniently located - minutes from downtown, yet isolated in a beautiful, secure suburban neighborhood. The wonderful, private patio and backyard are an afternoon delight after returning from the bustle of town. Relax in the cool shady breeze with your favorite beverage before dinner. You'll love it. Nearby, a huge selection of some of the best cuisine you'll ever find in such a small community.

It fit our needs perfectly. The little back yard gave us privacy and made it easy on the dog not having to walk to a pet designated area.
