Not Worth the Money – Extremely Noisy and Not Suitable for Families

location very central, close to the beach and in the middle of the town, apratment clean and modern

The location is in a very noisy area, with a busy street and at least four bars and a nightclub directly underneath the apartment. Unfortunately, the noise continued until around 5am, which made it very difficult to sleep. The apartment itself is quite small and, in my opinion, not suitable for a family of four. There is very limited storage space, no proper wardrobe, and the bathroom/toilet is particularly small for a family. We were also only provided with one roll of toilet paper for four people for a 10-day stay, which was not sufficient. The beds were also very uncomfortable. After just three nights of sleeping on them, I developed significant back pain, which made the rest of the stay even more difficult. There was no towel cleaning or towel-change service during our stay, which was inconvenient for a 10-day family stay. Although there is a washing machine, no washing-up liquid or laundry detergent was provided, so we had to purchase these ourselves. The local shops only sold large boxes, which was inconvenient for a short stay. There was also **very limited cleaning equipment available in the apartment**, making it difficult to keep the apartment clean during a 10-day stay. There was also very little soundproofing between the apartments, and we could hear almost every footstep and noise from the neighbours. If you are travelling by car, I would definitely not recommend this accommodation. The area does not permit driving directly to the apartment, and there is no parking nearby. The closest car park is paid, costing around €3 per hour or €27 overnight. The closest free parking is approximately a 15-minute walk away, which is very inconvenient when travelling with luggage or young children. Overall, I think this accommodation could be a great option for a single traveller or a group of friends who want to be close to nightlife. However, as a family with young children, we found it unsuitable due to the excessive noise, uncomfortable beds, limited sp

El barrio es super centrico pero justo la calle donde está ubicado el apartamento es super tranquila. Es un apartamento muy bien equipado la cocina tiene de todo.

Nos tocaron unos vecinos ruidosos encima, recomiendo en ese caso llamar al anfitrion en el momento. No lo hicimos y debimos hacerlo.
