I visited Vienna for the first time and had a wonderful time. Our room was comfortable

I really liked the location. the room was warm. and the mattress was comfortable for sleeping.

It would be great if cleaning supplies like floor cloths and mops were provided for free.

Extremely Difficult Check-In and Incorrect Information

The location mentioned on Booking.com was inaccurate. The property was around 200 metres away from the address shown on the booking, so we had to walk back to the correct location with our luggage. The entire check-in process was digital, but unfortunately, there were no clear or proper instructions provided. For example, there were no instructions explaining that the numbers on the main door's digital lock are not visible until you touch the keypad. We spent around 15 minutes simply trying to find and understand the lock. We were then given instructions for Room 9 along with a digital access code. We spent another 30 minutes trying to unlock it, only to discover that it was the wrong Room 9. There were two rooms numbered 9, and the correct one was the one with the gold-coloured, not the black one. When we finally found the correct Room 9, we spent another 30 minutes trying to enter, only to discover that the access code provided was incorrect. In total, it took us around one hour to check in, at midnight, after already travelling by flight and then by train. The person communicating with us on WhatsApp was also slow to respond, which made the situation even more stressful. This whole experience was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. With such a fully digital check-in system, clear and accurate instructions are essential, especially when guests arrive late at night with luggage. The host should ensure that the address, room number and access codes are all correct and that guests receive proper instructions before arrival.

The house is in the center of the town

it was impossible to reach the landlord and I had to wait outside the appartment for a long time to get the door codes that were given to me on the last moment and had to go through too complecaterd process from my phone on the pavement holding all the luggage
