Freundliche hilfsbereite Gastfamilie. Sehr schönes Zimmer.
Hätte mich über etwas Schatten am Pool gefreut. Ist jedoch im Verhältnis zum gesamten ein minimaler Verbesserungpunkt.

Locație foarte bună pentru a vizita intreaga zina Ubud, foarte aproape de centru, multe restaurante și warunguri în imediata apropiere
Pentru noi patul și pernele au fost inconfortabile, salteaua foarte moale iar pernele foarte tari! Poate altora le place dar noi preferăm altfel

The restaurant at the front has the best breakfast n service n location was peaceful n convenient

The rooms are nice, cozy and clean.
-Finding the place was near impossible without any help, even the locals did not know which place i want to find
-There are construction noises all over the rooms throughout the whole day, they even burn the unnecessary cement bags, papers, wood that they did not use
-The breakfast is limited to 3 options. You either get a few pieces of fruit, egg or sandwich plus a drink and coffee for which if you want milk for example, you have to pay, it’s not in the price
-Unfortunately because of the situation with Iran we constantly had to go to the airport to get our tickets rebooked so we had to move nearer to the airport. We brought up this issue with Awan (the owner) and we discussed that he will hive us out money back for the remaining nights minus one night since he cannot rent the place out in such a short notice, which is completely understandable. We shook hands and he promised that he is going to get our money back that he did not do ever since.
-Be careful when choosing this place and expect no flexibility and promises to be kept.
He got 6 days worth of profit, even more if he managed to get the place boroked while keeping our money.
