Very friendly hosts, well set out, luxurious, and an excellent place to stay. I would suggest if you are traveling to Napier use this place as a base as the price is very good, the breakfast is great, the little touches are exceptionally good and you have access to all of Napier's highlights within a short distance. There was fruit, coffee beans, Vogel's bread, a range of teas and all immaculately clean and well presented.
I never asked to use a microwave as I didn't have the need BUT I'm sure Rob and Andrea would happily allow. There wasn't one with the facilities.

Fabulous host! Incredibly thoughtful and warm. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean.
I prefer an ensuite and, being an old house, there is a shared bathroom. Obviously there is nothing that the owner can do to change that, so it is not a criticism - just something that I personally don’t like. That said, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
