The value, the place, the cleanliness - great. The location was sketchy.

Homeless people pushing shopping carts up and down the street outside the front window

Bad neighborhood.

Inside the house was cute. Being close to Sloan‘s Lake seemed like a good idea.

The house is in a horrible part of town. There were three trashy motorhomes parked in front of the property with people living in them. Police came by and put warnings on the vehicles. There were bags of trash in front of those and garbage on the street. Across the street were homeless people living in broken down cars with shopping carts covered with tarps. There were many police cars driving by and many unsavory people. The property is a block from Colfax, which is seems to be where the homeless population lives. The ultimate issue was a homeless person unlatched the gated fenced yard, came in during broad daylight and stole our property off the front porch. It was caught on camera. A police report was submitted, but it will likely result in nothing. we lost $400 worth of property and several days of our vacation were wrecked. We have no recourse. It is a terrible part of town and I wish there had been some warnings. Be warned if you are considering staying in this part of Denver. I did not feel safe and there are indeed thieves prowling. Very disappointed. Our property was stolen. The neighborhood is not safe. It wrecked the trip.

If near Denver: RENT this spot!!!

This is the cutest little place. And Erika thinks of EVERYTHING you would possibly need, plus she left a wonderful list of places to eat, things to do and suggestions.

Street parking only.. but it seems like a quiet neighborhood.
