Location was great for exploring the area. We did have an issue at check in as i wasn’t sent the key code details however the owner answered her phone quickly to help and it was swiftly resolved. Rooms were spacious and it was really well equipped! Everything you could need. My son loved the guitar!
Could do with a deep clean, spider webs in corners, toothpaste marks on the mirror etc. But it was nothing major.

The location was fantastic. Very close to the beach and sandringham etc. Claire was very friendly and easy to deal with. Great place highly recommend.

Good location and pretty exterior
Felt really dark, needs a bit of attention/deep clean
Lacking basic amenities - TV on the floor, no toilet roll on arrival, no washing up products in the kitchen, bedding didn’t feel or smell clean, beds in smaller room were very uncomfortable and would suggest replacing asap.

Very comfortable; immaculate in terms of provision of goods, kitchen ware, a little gift of biscuits and juice on arrival, tea coffee etc.
beautiful old quaint cottage. I slept in what would be the children’s room and the only thing I would slightly moan about would be the twin mattresses are better suited to children than a 67 year old - that said the place was lovely and we had a fabulous time.
Great bathroom, loved that you snook in a dishwasher and there was even a Nespresso machine.
Nothing!
