Settle into a bright, airy, newly renovated single-level home designed for relaxing getaways, work trips, relocation stays, and time with family or friends. The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests in two king beds and two twin beds.
Inside, you’ll find:
• A main living area with a 75-inch smart TV, plus a smart TV in one bedroom
• Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace for remote work or streaming
• Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans
• A kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dining table
• Free in-unit washer and dryer for longer stays
• A Pack ’n Play/travel crib and children’s dinnerware for younger guests
Outside, the private, fully fenced backyard features a heated saltwater pool, sun loungers, outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, barbecue utensils, pool cover, and pool toys. The pool is available year-round.

Parking includes:
• Free driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles
• One RV parking spot
• Additional free street parking in front of the house
Garage parking is not available.
RULES & FAQ:
HEATED POOL!
FREE heated the pool is available, 2 night minimum is required. Please request pool heat at least 3-4 days prior to check in so we can sure its heated upon your arrival as it takes 1-2 days to heat depending on the outside temp.
**Pool service is on Thursdays. Please Expect there to be a pool tech entering gate Thursdays for servicing pool****
