The location is exceptional, really close to public transport and Magnan Beach. There is a convenience store exactly under the apartment which is usually open until 8-9 PM (and other points of interest such as restaurants, pharmacy and the sea). Each bedroom has a very cozy balcony where you can enjoy some wine and close look of the sea. Also, facilitates with free private parking which comes on hand for families that travel by car. There are amenities that the host provided (toiletries, towels). The apartment is fully equipped with functional kitchen and a very spacious livingroom/ dining area, as well as AC in all rooms.
One down point could be that is close to the highway , which could be a bit loud for a person that has a light sleep, other than that I would recommend and use this property in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is modern and spacious, and the fully equipped kitchen was a real bonus while travelling with two young children.
What we appreciated most, though, was the host’s kindness in a difficult moment.
While we were out on a day trip, our parked car was broken into and our belongings stolen, including the Airbnb key. We didn’t get back until well past midnight, yet someone came over to bring us a spare, and the host kindly waived the charges for both the lost parking card and house key.
That thoughtfulness made all the difference, and we’d happily stay again.

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment was clean, modern, spacious, and extremely well equipped (two balconies, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful furniture). The double beds were very comfortable, and even the sofa bed in the living room was a full-size, comfortable sleeping option for two people.
The location is excellent, with a tram stop just a 5-minute walk away providing easy access to the city center. There is also a well-stocked shop on the ground floor of the building that covers all daily needs.
I can highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.
