- great location- right opposite the beach - huge comfortable house - great amenities and everything was brand new - secure neighborhood with nearby supermarkets and restaurants - responsive and accommodating host

- narrow staircase that makes it difficult to move around luggage - very tight parking that led to us scratching our rent a car - the house was quite dusty especially the furniture - key pickup and drop off locations are far off from the property

Cette maison est tout simplement magnifique. Elle est très bien située, tout est à proximité : tral, bud, comlerces, restaurant et surtout là promenade des anglais. Très sécurisée, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Les chambres sont super spacieuses, la maison est sur équipée, très propre. L'espace extérieur est propice aux repas entre amis jusqu'à pas d'heure. Les instructions étaient très claires, nous aviins des réponses à toutes nos questions assez rapidement. Nous étions 7 et tous nos amis Niçois sont unanimes : cette maison est top ! Qualité l'hôtellerie avec la convivialité d'une maison. Vraiment nous la recommandons et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Il manquait un fer et une table à repasser mais nous avons fait la remarque et cela va être ajouté aux équipements qui sont déjà très comolets.
