The apartment exceeded our expectations, was even larger than the photos depicted! An excellent location, about a 5 minute walk from the Vatican and set off the road with an enclosed courtyard entrance. Wonderful, modern apartment!
A very minor issue for our October stay (cooler nights) don’t think the air conditioning is effective upstairs (Large, open cathedral ceilings- second floor was definitely warmer.) Host does provide high powered (very effective) fans for the upstairs bedrooms.

Beautiful and the manager tried to help us with the AC upstairs. We ended up sleeping downstairs since we couldn't cool the bedroom off. The fans helped. The best thing about this apartment was that you could walk ANYWHERE you needed to go and the markets nearby were great for grabbing a cold drink anytime during the stay.
We couldn't get the AC to cool the main bedroom enough to be able to sleep.
