Clean - good location
My room door had glass at the top - both nights people turned the corridor lights on at 4am and this woke me up. Not ideal. Also its abit noisy outside. Didn’t get great rest.

Attentive and responsive hosts. Easy key collection and drop off. Clean quiet and very comfortable accommodation. Close to all Hammersmith I walked 20 mins to the Olympia. Very close to all local transport links

Close to the station, super convenient for getting around. Cozy room with a comfortable bed. The shared areas were clean too. There was also a fan, so the tropical nights were safe. Lots of restaurants around, and if you want to save some money, you can also use the shared kitchen.
Using the same towel for 4 days. I asked to have it changed in the middle of my stay, but they refused because of the rules. I realized later that I should've used the washing machine, but I wish I'd been told beforehand.
There's no lift, just stairs. Big-luggage woman, take note.

The room was spotless, they even supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Oh and yummy biscuits which was a lovely thought very welcoming.
Sadly other people in the flat weren’t quiet, doors slamming, which was a shame.
