The view of the mountain. The bed and TV with Netflix account.
Netflix account shared to many and some nights can't use.

New furnished apartment. Clean and complete facilities.
We really enjoyed our staycation in this apartment, they have swimming pool, sauna, indoor and outdoor playgrounds(for free), and also bowling, darts, golf simulator, arcade (pay around RM 5-20).
The staff also easy to communicate with. We did check in/out with no hassle.
The apartment itself connect to Genting highland with skybridge.

The unit itself was nice, but the excessive noise from upstairs made our stay uncomfortable.
Most recreational facilities required payment by bank transfer, which is difficult for international visitors. The staff member managing the playing facilities could not communicate in English and was impolite. Food choices were also mainly Asian cuisine, with very limited options for guests who prefer other types of food.
Parking was charged at the full 24-hour rate every time we left and returned on the same day. On one occasion, the payment system rejected four different bank cards, and the security staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful.
We also asked to check out at 12 pm instead of 11 am but received no response. We then received an email warning that we would be charged for late checkout, so we left at 11 am.
Overall, the noise, limited food choices, inconvenient payment methods, parking charges and poor customer service were very disappointing. The rest was ok
