Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well equipped. The water heater worked well, and we really appreciated having a drinking water dispenser in the room. The location was also convenient and the property was family friendly.
The only downside was the soundproofing at night, we could hear quite a lot of noise from cars and motorcycles outside, and some of the sounds were quite loud, which made it a little difficult to sleep.

The host has been proactive in clearly communicating all relevant information to the booking. The intention is to keep the visitor well-informed. All instructions and communication were via WhatsApp in a timely manner. The apartment was modern with all amenities as advertised. The view of the mountain is breathtaking. The complex itself consists of three towers (I think), and it has some shops and facilities available. There is a connected bridge link to the Genting Sky World Mall and Theme Park, which takes about 15-20 minutes of walking.
There were very few dead mosquitoes (or some tiny winged bugs) in the toilet, but I believe this is inevitable given the balcony and the surrounding mountain forest. The water heater isn't central, which is why other reviewers complain that it runs out so fast. It is a small individual tank for the apartment only. Keep in mind that you need to turn it on when you arrive, and it takes 45 minutes to heat the water.

We love that the apartment was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
The swimming pool had strong chlorine smell. People were not adhering to dress code in the pool. So many guests were swimming with cotton shirts and pants. The star gazing deck was a disappointment. It was a dark covered area with nothing to see.
