Not satisfied because the host should have informed us in advance that the jacuzzi was not working

The property is clean and comfy, and the location is nice and easy.

The jacuzzi is not working, and we have already spent a considerable amount of time trying to figure out the issue. Unfortunately, despite the time and money we have spent, we have not been able to enjoy the jacuzzi at all. Given that the jacuzzi is one of the facilities we expected to use, we feel that the stay is not worth the value we paid if it is not functioning properly.

Location. If we able to get a higher unit, than it will be better. Ours is at Level 10. Because we are facing main road. Cars driving up and coming down from Genting was so noisy. Unable to sleep.

Jaccuzi. Attracted the most is because of this BUT only when check-in date only received messages from host saying that it needs 4-5 hours for the heat up. The truth is we already on the heat for more than 8 hours, also COLD. Disappointed. The induction cooker, no instruction. So, unable to use.

slippers are provided. the massage chair. every room has TV. mattress and pillows are very comfortable. the water dispenser is useful.
