View cantik, tapi keadaan bilik air dan bilik mengecewakan

View sangat cantik tak kira pukul berapa. Cuma tak nampak sunrise

Bilik air yang busuk dan meloyakan, Sabun dan syampu campur air..kedekut.complimentary air ke apa2 mmg tak ada ya.. Towel pun dan lunyai. Tukar la cleaner tu..Boleh dah upgrade cadar dan perabot kalau nak pelanggan repeat..mcm tak berbaloi harga 200lebih.

Awful. Run away.

NOTHING!

Complete waste of money. We checked in one night only on the way from Georgetown Penang to Kuala Gendah because there werent many options to stay nearby Gendah. Location: the furthest point in highlands Very big, enormour site, apartmen was very far away. Lots of instructions sent and although we arrived before mignight we were applied late check in, which pretty much meant someone witj little english texting confusing and insufficient info. The place is very crowded. Although we had one free car park allocated, we couldnt find one. Security staff were tense and rude. Not helpful. The flat was filthy and very worn out. Hair under beds. Basin leaking. This was one of the 6 places we stayed in Maleysia and it was the worst as well as the most expensive.

The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The view from the apartment was beautiful, and my child especially loved the indoor swimming pool. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants conveniently located just below the apartment, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
