Communication by the property could be improved. I left multiple messages and called multiple times during check out. However, no response received. No drinking water available. There's mention of shuttle bus to Genting World, but didn't mentioned that is chargeable.

The interior n all the entire rooms..
It's not very inconvenient for the location cuz I can't reach out the staff.. its so complicated n confused to search the room. Not recommended

The room cleanliness and comfortable
Unfortunately, my check-in experience was very disappointing and inconvenient.
First, getting the key was extremely difficult. The instructions provided in the manual did not match the actual location and process. I had to go back and forth from Level 7 to Tower 4, and only later did the host provide the correct and complete details regarding the unit, which was actually located in Tower 6.
I spent almost an hour going back and forth trying to find the correct mailbox and key. The incorrect instructions in the manual, combined with the delay in providing the complete information, made the check-in process extremely stressful and troublesome. Clear and accurate instructions should have been provided from the beginning to avoid wasting guests' time.
Another issue was the RM200 security deposit. After check-out, guests are required to wait 3–5 working days for the deposit to be returned. I find this very inconvenient and not particularly guest-friendly, especially when the deposit was paid upfront.
Overall, the experience was more complicated and troublesome than it should have been. I hope the management can improve the check-in instructions, provide complete information before guests arrive, and consider a faster process for returning the security deposit.
I would appreciate a much more organised and guest-friendly experience in the future.
