It was OK

Convenient… shopping and entertainment

This is my second time with Harvinton Mansion. The first experience was really good and the place was very clean. My second time was a bit a disappointment. The check in time took 2 hours, no doubt the front team was trying to calm the situation but it’s too long. And the room , the smell from the sewage is too strong - coming from the toilet or any opening in the unit. The bathroom was not clean well, hair all over the places 😓. Like I said I came back because of my first stay , now that I came back for the second time - it’s sad to say that you did not maintain your standard

Within the mall, good location

Lack of basic facilities - no hands towels provided, no handwash in any sinks. The bathroom flooded into room everytime someone took shower. Basic breakfast.
