Floor-to-ceiling windows lead from the terrace into the spacious and cosy living and dining area with fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for self-catering on holiday and there is a practical utility room next door. A tastefully furnished bedroom and a bathroom with shower are also located on the ground floor. There are three further cosy bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own bathroom. One of these rooms has a separate dressing area, a whirlpool in the bathroom and an exit to an open balcony with sea views. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The attractively furnished covered terrace right next to the building with lounge and dining table offers inviting opportunities to enjoy your leisure time in comfort. The view of the Mediterranean landscape and the sea beyond is simply fantastic! The pool, embedded in the well-tended lawn and sun terrace on the side of the house, offers pleasant refreshment and is easily accessible via a staircase. You can prepare delicacies for a cosy barbecue on the brick-built charcoal grill.
From this pretty Majorcan farmhouse, which was built on a huge plot of land, you can see as far as the sea thanks to the gentle slope. The charming fishing village of Portocolom is only around 4.5 km from your holiday home, while Cala Marçal beach is 5.4 km away.
