The villa has a swimming pool with a shallow area ideal for young children, a large play area and a tennis court providing ample leisure facilities. The extensive terraced landscape includes private seating areas under mature olive, pine and carob trees that provide natural shade. High-quality garden furniture and a charming gazebo enhance the outdoor experience, perfect for evening barbecues. Parking spaces are available in the shade on the grounds of the villa. (The garage is not included in the rental price).
Inside, the villa has a comfortable living area with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious family meals, as well as an elegant dining area.
