If you are looking for a spacious, modern holiday home in the south of Mallorca, then the finca "Can Llorenc Jove" is the perfect choice. It is located on a large plot with no direct neighbours and offers complete privacy.
There are plenty of parking spaces available at the finca. However, it can be difficult to leave the property as it has so much to offer: a large pool with stylish sun loungers, various covered and sunny terrace areas (including a roof terrace), an in-house table tennis table for friendly matches and a practical outdoor kitchen near the pool.
"Can Llorenc Jove" is stylishly designed with fresh white and natural tones, complemented by carefully selected art. Large windows and clever indirect lighting create a bright and airy ambience. The rooms are generously proportioned. On the ground floor, the open-plan dining and living room leads to a modern kitchen with high-quality appliances and three chic bedrooms with three bathrooms, two of which are en suite. An airy staircase leads to the upper floor, where a gallery with an additional sleeping area provides access to the roof terrace.
The modern finca "Can Llorenc Jove" is situated in a secluded rural location on a huge plot of land. Nevertheless, you are less than 5 km from Cala Romantica for shopping and the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Estany is only approx. 5 km away.
