The ground floor is dominated by an open-plan living area. It consists of a central dining area, a spacious kitchen and two different living rooms with comfortable sofas. There is also a small desk for the home office and the house has a stable internet connection. This layout ensures that all guests will find several cosy retreats even when the house is at maximum occupancy. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers an additional dining area for 6 people. The adjoining covered terrace overlooking the pool is easily accessible from the living area. There are also two double bedrooms, a guest WC, a bathroom and a laundry room on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are three further double bedrooms, two of which have access to their own large balcony. One of the sleeping areas also has its own bathroom. There is also an individual bathroom on this floor. Incidentally, the country house is also ideally equipped for holidays in the cooler months of the year. The ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating; there are radiators on the upper floor.
