Casa Kyona
"Casa Kyona" offers a spectacular panoramic view of Mallorca's natural beauty and overlooks Colonia de Sant Pere, the bay of Alcúdia, the Tramuntana mountains and even Cap Formentor on clear days.
The villa is accessed via a private driveway and is situated on a protected hillside within a nature reserve, ensuring privacy and tranquillity. The kidney-shaped pool blends seamlessly into the sky and the sea and is surrounded by paved sunbathing areas with comfortable deckchairs and parasols. A large outdoor shower provides additional comfort. The expansive veranda adjoining the living area provides a perfect place to enjoy a meal or barbecue while taking in the breathtaking views.
Inside, the villa has a spacious living room with elegant marble floors, comfortable seating, a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the house has central heating for year-round comfort. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and one upstairs, all with en-suite or adjoining bathrooms. A truly luxurious retreat.
The beautiful villa "Casa Kyona" is located in a nature reserve, above the charming town of Colonia de Sant Pere, just 200 metres from the sea. You can go shopping in the beautiful harbour town with its breathtaking beach promenade. As the house is located above the bay of Alcúdia, the Platja de Colonia de Sant Pere can be reached on foot, as it is only 800 metres away, and other beautiful sandy beaches in this bay can also be easily reached by car.
