If you love purist modernism, have a flair for good design and also value it in your everyday life, then you should definitely take a closer look at the Casa Croc farmhouse. The dark grey, cubic holiday home is located within an urbanisation in the west of Mallorca between Sóller and Palma in a prime location. Due to its proximity to the Tramuntana mountains, the residence benefits from a gentle slope that offers an incredible amount of greenery, mighty holm oaks and the typical vegetation of the Mallorcan mountains. A spectacular yet child-friendly outdoor area with several sports facilities, a great pool and numerous terraces offers you fantastic days all year round. In addition to the hot water outdoor shower, there is an additional guest WC. It is located right next to the stylish outdoor kitchen with a cool pizza oven. So you can simply spend your days completely outdoors, chilling out in the casual outdoor furniture landscape, doing sports (which is also possible in the fitness room on the ground floor of the farmhouse), conjuring up a delicious BBQ on the professional gas grill or relaxing between the renowned design and table fireplace. The wealth of choice symbolises your personal freedom.
Another convincing feature of the Casa Croc is the absolutely harmonious design and architecture, which is also documented in the interior design. Down to the smallest detail. From the decorative items to the furniture in the open-plan living and dining room to the Gaggenau kitchen separated by a glass panel, everything is of the highest quality and true to the innovative design line. The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen will make the heart of every passionate (amateur) cook beat faster. Colours play a major role in the design, without the interior appearing too colourful, but pleasantly lively and extremely cheerful. So you won't experience a sensory overload, but simply a great holiday home with Mallorcan roots that has an absolutely balanced effect. Of course, this also applies to the four fantastic, air-conditioned bedrooms and the three individual indoor bathrooms with walk-in shower or free-standing bathtub. The relaxed atmosphere rubs off and allows you to enjoy a first-class holiday with another family or friends, up to a total of eight (adults), with an exclusive feeling of design sophistication and a top location. More is not possible! The expressive Casa Croc farmhouse proves that design and family-friendliness need not be a contradiction in terms. The varied outdoor area with pool, terraces, outdoor kitchen and bathroom is pleasantly private despite its location within an urbanisation with exclusively residential traffic. You can go shopping in the hilly village of Bunyola in the mountains. Between the mountains and the sea, you can enjoy the proximity to the island's capital Palma and thus also to the beaches on the west coast, such as Passeig del Molinar. Both are around 25 minutes away by car.
