Can Mel offers a large outdoor area with swimming pool, covered terrace, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, including beautiful views over the countryside and the mountains.
The interior of the house is very cosy. Spacious living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with large windows to enjoy the views. On the ground floor there are also four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite, as well as a practical guest WC. Very unusual: the upper double bedroom (also with en suite bathroom) offers panoramic views thanks to its XL windows. The terrace on the first floor offers a wonderful view over the countryside and the mountains. Enjoy your stay at the Can Mel farmhouse.
The Can Mel farmhouse is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with occasional excursions to the town, the beautiful beaches or the north of Mallorca with its imposing Tramuntana mountains. Visit the bay of Alcúdia, Can Picafort or Playa de Muro. In Búger, just 2 km away, you will find small supermarkets as well as bars and restaurants. In Sa Pobla (2.5 km) there is a weekly market on Sundays.
