Villa Kanani meets the highest standards for a luxurious and relaxing holiday on Mallorca. The gleaming white villa in modern Ibiza style is situated in an exclusive, quiet location directly on the seafront and therefore offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The large infinity pool is surrounded by a manicured lawn. It is located directly in front of an impressive, spacious terrace at the house. As you can imagine, the sea views from here are just as perfect. This terrace is equipped with a barbecue, an outdoor fireplace and a lovely outdoor dining area. Just a few metres away is another covered terrace with the same orientation. It offers a comfortable shaded area with sun loungers and an outdoor shower where you can take a break from the sun and relax while listening to the sound of the waves.
The stylishly furnished interior of the villa is also bright and very spacious. The ground floor impresses with an open-plan, elegantly designed living area. Here, the living room with a large, comfortable sofa and fireplace flows seamlessly into a tasteful dining room and an open-plan kitchen. Thanks to its cosy design, the kitchen blends harmoniously into the rest of the living space. Large windows and access to the terrace also provide breathtaking views of the sea. There are also two elegant and large bedrooms and two designer bathrooms with showers on the ground floor. The staircase in the main living area leads to the upper floor. Here you will find the master bedroom with access to its own spacious sea view terrace and a further bathroom with shower and bathtub. The villa is located in the first sea line on the south-east coast of Mallorca. The beautiful sandy bay of Cala Serena is just a 4-minute walk away. The bays of Cala Ferrera and Cala Gran can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Cala D'Or with numerous restaurants, bars, shopping facilities and a colourful nightlife is only 3 km away.
