Ruris
"Ruris" is more than just a summer retreat. This white island bungalow was completely renovated in 2018 and is located in the countryside, offering peace and space. Surrounded by a 12,000 m² plot with massive quarry stone walls and green spaces under gnarled trees, the property is perfect for families.
Relax in the shade or by the secluded pool. As a change from the evening barbecue, a picnic with local delicacies from the weekly market is highly recommended.
The owners have opted for bright, open spaces for a relaxed, easy-care holiday experience. The living room, kitchenette (with cooker and dishwasher) and terrace merge seamlessly when the door is open. Two bedrooms, one with bunk beds, the other with a 1.5 metre wide double bed, are easily accessible from the main area. The shared bathroom, with its vibrant shades of red and pink, welcomes the sun each morning and sets the tone for your day of exploration. Located just 5 kilometres from the shops of Algaida, the villa offers comfort without sacrificing privacy.
The white, airy bungalow is surrounded by greenery, just a few kilometres from Algaida and offers excellent connections to Palma, the capital's beaches and Manacor. Weekly markets and supermarkets, restaurants, a golf course as well as rewarding hikes, bike tours and excursions are in the immediate vicinity and contribute to the attractiveness of this location.
